- All shipments will be sent Monday through Thursday (only overnight shipments can be sent on Thursday). I will be in contact with you after your order is placed to confirm a shipping date.
- Shipping is via FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Second Day, USPS Express or USPS Priority. During the winter months, FedEx Priority Overnight will be the only shipping option.
- Live arrival is ONLY guaranteed with FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Second Day and USPS Express shipments.
- In order to qualify for a refund, you must send me a photo of the unopened bag, with the dead fish inside. The photo must be sent within two hours of the package being delivered.
- In the case of DOA, you will be refunded the price of the fish only, not the price of shipping.
- Heating packs will be used as necessary; there is no extra charge for heat packs.
- The sex of the fish is NOT guaranteed, unless the fish are being sold in pairs or as male/female. Feel free to request specific sex ratios, I will do my best to meet your needs, but I cannot guarantee it.
- Payment is required by 9pm the night before shipping is scheduled.
- All fish sizes are approximate.
- ALL CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED AT 95% OF THE ORDER VALUE TO COVER THE PAYPAL FEES
