All shipments will be sent Monday through Thursday (only overnight shipments can be sent on Thursday). I will be in contact with you after your order is placed to confirm a shipping date.
Shipping is via FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Second Day, USPS Express or USPS Priority. During the winter months, FedEx Priority Overnight will be the only shipping option.
Live arrival is ONLY guaranteed with FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Second Day and USPS Express shipments.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must send me a photo of the unopened bag, with the dead fish inside. The photo must be sent within two hours of the package being delivered.
In the case of DOA, you will be refunded the price of the fish only, not the price of shipping.
Heating packs will be used as necessary; there is no extra charge for heat packs.
The sex of the fish is NOT guaranteed, unless the fish are being sold in pairs or as male/female. Feel free to request specific sex ratios, I will do my best to meet your needs, but I cannot guarantee it.
Payment is required by 9pm the night before shipping is scheduled.
All fish sizes are approximate.
